3689 Kifer Road staking its claim in Silicon Valley

For anyone paying attention since 2012, the San Francisco Bay area has proven to be perhaps the most promising real estate market in the US. With home values up 20% in the past year, matching the influx of new and unique tech businesses that are taking up residence in the area, developers wonder how long the boom will last. Sitting right at the southern tip of the bay, Santa Clara has seen more than its fair share of this new wave of development, drawing industry leaders from around the world to get involved in one of the fastest-growing business communities today.

As part recent activity, 3689 Kifer Road strives to offer a perfect atmosphere for the greatest minds in the tech and business worlds to connect. As one of the most recent projects of Lennar Commercial, it draws from the experience, resources, and broad national footprint that they bring to the table, and takes its place among dozens of other developments in California, New York, Florida, Georgia, and 13 other states.

The Kifer Road property itself occupies a great area, in the Santa Clara submarket of Silicon Valley, with easy access to major transit arteries like highways 101 and 280 as well as the Lawrence CalTrain station. The area has been developed specifically with the needs of the high-tech workforce in mind, offering tons of entertainment, dining, and shopping spots, right near large clusters of residential developments nearby.

On our end, we did our part to create hyper-realistic renderings that captured the warm California sun, engaging social atmosphere, modern design, and impressive architecture which makes this development unique. A series of four immersive digital renderings, alongside two alternate floor plans, we were able to give potential tenants insight into their future home, explaining and activating the space in a way traditional architectural renderings just can’t match.

While 3689 Kifer is just one of many new developments cropping up in Silicon Valley, our goal was to bring out all of the qualities that make it unique. A flexible interior ready for a range of different business ventures, huge windows which take advantage of the gorgeous weather, and an architectural sensibility tailored for an emerging workforce, work together to make the picture complete.
